Real estate office Agentura V, s.r.o. transmits sales, purchases and rents of real properties especially  :

• production spaces and halls,

• operating complexes,

• investment plants,

• seats  for firms,

• and another objects.

Real estate services are provided on basis of Broker contracts according to Civil code of laws and  Commercial Code. On the ground of bilateral convenience  we enclose with our clients in particular  exclusive broker contracts. These allows us full  order  presentation on real estate market. For our clients also faster realization of business transaction. In case that from clients side is not possible to enter into exclusive relationship, we offer such a solution allowing alternative cooperation. According to the requirements of our clients in connection of assemble services we ensure complete documents connected with sale, purchase or rent of real estates ( abstract  from  Cadastral authorities, geodetic and demarcation plans, geological examination etc.). We practise also input into Real estate register,  expertises as per valid rules, actual market-prices to the sales also for issuing of bank loans and inheritance procedures.

In case of requierements of our clients we can offer assistance by build operating, engineering activity, activity at build-up or reconstructions, responsible representative in sphere of ground construction by authorised person.

From history of real estate office Agentura V, s.r.o.

• Real estate office Agentura V, s.r.o. introduced their activity on real estate market in the year 1992 and from 1997 operates as a limited company.

• During the time has our company profiled from general real estate to specialized real estate office in section of business  with real estates of productive, storage and commercial character.

• Even thougt negotiation at  this area is generally very pretentious as far as time and organisation concerns, we are only exceptionaly engaged in trade concerning living real estates.

• Despite of the fact that the seat of our company is situated in Prague and also bases of our work is Prague and middle Bohemia, we operate in whole Czech Republic.
